Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
  • Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order products.
  • Clearance or final-sale items.

2. Return Process

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting details (photos if the product is damaged/defective).
  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and shipping details.
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

3. Refunds

  1. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.
  2. Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear in your account.
  3. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped products.

4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your order (if eligible) and place a new order through www.shopatsukoon.com.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please provide photos of the product and packaging when contacting support@shopatsukoon.com.
  • We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund, depending on product availability.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
