1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Custom or bulk gift orders may require additional processing time. Customers will be notified if delays occur.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days.
Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days (available for select products and locations).
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or high seasonal demand.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
Free shipping may be offered on promotional events or when your order meets a minimum purchase threshold (details will be displayed on shopatsukoon.com).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website or via your account on shopatsukoon.com.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. (For bulk or international gifting requests, please contact us at support@shopatsukoon.com .)
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or military addresses.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact support@sukoon.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and videos of the product and packaging.
In case of lost or delayed shipments, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please allow time for the carrier’s investigation before refunds or replacements are processed.
7. Order Changes & Address Corrections
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
